Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales concluded between Arthur Bianchi, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI) trading as LOOKSMAXXING SHOP, SIRET 904 767 514 00014, registered office: 33 rue de Lorraine, 21200 Beaune, France (hereinafter “LOOKSMAXXING SHOP”), and any customer making a purchase on looksmaxxingshop.fr.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). LOOKSMAXXING SHOP reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms. Order confirmation is sent by email. LOOKSMAXXING SHOP reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Interest-free 3-installment payment is available from €60. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery times and costs are detailed on the Shipping & returns page. LOOKSMAXXING SHOP cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, the customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Opened hygiene products cannot be returned. Products must be returned to: LOOKSMAXXING SHOP, returns department, 64 boulevard Jeanne d'Arc, 13005 Marseille, France.

Article 7 — Warranties

All products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.

Article 8 — Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may use the consumer mediator [to be completed] free of charge.
