Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner. Allow 10–15 business days to receive your parcel.

• Mainland France: €4.90, free from €35
• European Union (including Belgium and Luxembourg): €5.90, free from €35
• Switzerland: €9.90, free from €75

An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel ships.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to return a product, with no reason needed. Return shipping is at your expense. For hygiene reasons, products in contact with the mouth (Jaw Trainer, tongue scraper) can only be returned unopened, in their original packaging.

How to return a product?

• Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
• Send the product back with the carrier of your choice, to: LOOKSMAXXING SHOP, returns department, 64 boulevard Jeanne d'Arc, 13005 Marseille, France. Keep your proof of postage.
• The refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged product

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 h with a photo: we ship a new product immediately, without waiting for the return.
