Privacy policy

Data collected

As part of your browsing and purchases on looksmaxxingshop.fr, we collect:

• Identification data: surname, first name, email address, postal address
• Order data: purchase history, amounts, products
• Browsing data: pages visited, device, via audience measurement cookies
• Assessment data: answers to the questionnaire (including height and weight, for the BMI). The result is computed in your browser; the report is e-mailed to you and a copy of your answers reaches us by e-mail so we can advise you. They are not stored in a database.
• Newsletter (if you subscribe): e-mail address and sign-up date, kept until you unsubscribe
• Before / after: transformation photos are only published with the customer's explicit consent, with their first name only, and removed on request
• Cart: when you add a product to the cart, its content is reported to us by e-mail (with your name and e-mail if you are logged in, or the one you leave to be told when orders open), to follow interest in our products and help you order
• Customer account (if you create one): first name, last name, email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash) and your routine data (habits, history, trophies) so you find them on all your devices

Use

Your data is used to: process your orders, personalize our recommendations, send you our newsletter (if you have consented) and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

Hosting and retention

Your data is hosted in the European Union and kept for the strictly necessary period: 3 years after the last contact for prospects, 5 years for billing data (legal obligation).

Customer account

Your account is kept as long as you use it. You can delete it at any time from “My account”: your details and routine are erased immediately. A strictly necessary session cookie (“lms_sid”) keeps you logged in for up to 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@looksmaxxingshop.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
