A thin neck makes the head look like it floats; a thick neck anchors the jaw and the gaze. The neck harness lets you train the neck flexors and extensors with progressive load: hook a plate to the chain, slowly tilt the head forward, then lift it. Neoprene padding, adjustable strap, 75 cm steel chain with carabiner. Compatible with all standard plates. Start light (2.5 to 5 kg) and progress slowly.
